The Deliverable: The Eldercare Consensus Plan
This fixed-fee process culminates in a detailed, written document that serves as the family's guide, covering:
Financial & Housing Decisions: Agreeing on who handles the costs, living arrangements for parents, and managing the integration of existing estate planning documents.
Equity & Contribution: Establishing clear, documented understandings of sibling roles, including the value of time vs. money contributions (e.g., the in-home caregiver sibling vs. the financially contributing sibling).
Medical Wishes & Crisis Management: A clear plan for when and how to step up help as needed, ensuring seamless support through inevitable crises.
This proactive planning removes future ambiguity and litigation risk, creating peace of mind for the entire family.

This process is designed for families of 3–6 people who seek to uncover the root causes of conflict—whether expressed or repressed—and create a smoother, more functional future. We move beyond temporary fixes to establish a legacy of open, productive communication for the entire family.
The Process: The fee covers a structured, intensive cycle that ensures safety and sustained results:
Individual Preparation Sessions: Confidential sessions for each participant to prepare for the dialogue, ensuring safety and clarity of intentions.
The Core Dialogue (4 hours): A highly controlled, facilitated conversation designed to keep each participant safe and supported while addressing core issues.
Deliverable: You will walk away with a specific, agreed-upon Family Agreement or a new, established mode of communication for addressing future conflicts constructively.
Additional iterative sessions may be recommended based on family needs and will be offered at your Loyalty Discount rate.
The Reconciliation Blueprint
$750.00 (Fixed Fee)
A structured, fixed-fee process for safely beginning the path toward family reunification.
This package is designed to assess and strategize the path forward for family members seeking to reconnect after a period of estrangement or high conflict. The goal is not to guarantee reunification, but to ensure that every step taken is safe, strategic, and informed.
The Fixed Fee covers the essential diagnostic work:
Individual Assessment Sessions: Confidential, separate sessions with each participant to uncover root conflicts, assess readiness, and establish safety protocols.
Custom Strategy Development: My focused time dedicated to synthesizing the information and crafting a neutral, actionable strategy (the Blueprint).
Strategy Delivery Session: A dedicated joint or shuttle session to deliver the Reconciliation Blueprint, detailing the required next steps (which may include further individual coaching, a trial joint session, or ongoing shuttle mediation).
All subsequent coaching and joint sessions required to implement the Blueprint will be billed at the Loyalty Discount rate.
